2011 USA HOCKEY TIER II 18 AND UNDER NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

CLEVELAND, OH – MENTOR CIVIC ARENA and GILMOUR ACADEMY ICE ARENA

USA Hockey, Team Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission are pleased to announce that the 2011 USA Hockey Tier Two U-18 National Championships will be held March 30^th - April 3^rd at Gilmour Youth Hockey Association in Gates Mills and Mentor Civic Arena in Mentor.  Both facilities have two NHL Rinks with excellent ancillary amenities.  A total of 36 tournament teams from across the United States will battle it out on the ice to be named national champions, pumping an estimated $1.8 million into the local region.

Volunteers are needed for this event with positions that include score keeper, clock operator and announcer.  Anyone interested should register on the event website: www.U18HockeyNationalsCleveland.com.
